According to Dallas Morning News write Steve Brown new home builders have been selling more homes than they have been building leaving Dallas with only a 3 month supply of homes compared to 7 months supply nationally (see the full artice by clicking here). Nick Good & Austin Good of The Good Home Team with Keller Williams Realty has notice that even in the slower months (typically the slower months are October, November, and December) homes are selling very quickly.
